Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company\'s market share and enhance its competitive position within the oil and gas industry, particularly focusing on gas processing. Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, business opportunities, and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders, to enhance business networking and opportunities. Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with company\'s strategic goals and profitability targets. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients\' specific needs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales and business development team, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and development. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, upholding the company\'s reputation for integrity and quality. The candidate must have knowledge of gas / water processing equipment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
