Our client, a reputed Group of Companies is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager for their travel division based in Dubai.Job Responsibilities:
Establish channels for the sales leads, develop data-base and segmentation of the customers.
Compile weekly sales plan and sales report of suspects, prospects, and materialized business.
Key Account Management and Client Relationship Management of the existing customers. Nurture the existing customer for business retention and growth.
Addressing customers concerns and complaints.
Induction of New Customers and New Business to achieve /exceed monthly and periodic revenue targets.
Promote and sell the entire spectrum of products to the new and existing customers. Upselling, cross selling and directional selling.
Fully compliant with the given guidelines on the credit policy of the company.
Achieving of the assigned revenue targets on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis in direct correlation to the budget.
Close coordination with finance department for safeguarding the interest and collection of outstanding funds.
Full adherence with the assigned KPIs /KPMs.
Education & other requirements:
Graduate in Business or Tourism
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
PR and Networking in the market
Strong commercial sense and ability to conclude the business.
Proficient with all the business/technical aspects of travel management company.
5-8 years UAE experience in travel industry.
Salary: Up to AED 15000Working Hours/Days: 8am to 5.30pm / 5 days a weekJob Location: Dubai
