Downstream Solutions like Readybuild (Cut & Bend) and Sm@rtFAB (Welded wire mesh etc).
Align with the overall objectives of the long- and short-term objectives of the organisation for the development of the business by understanding the existing and future needs of the customers. Provide support in business development and customer adoption of downstream solutions like Readybuild (cut & bend) and Sm@rtFAB (welded wire mesh, etc.). Work in a team of domain experts and construction professionals for implementation of key enablers and support in the achievement of solutions-based outcomes and milestones.
1. Job responsibilities:

Ensure that the Enablers and Solutions targets are achieved as per ABP/OSP:
Create and support in developing a sustainable funnel of order book and order execution for downstream solutions.
Participate in the preparation of OSP every month and updating the order book on time.
Participate in regular reviews for sales with the sales team.
Customer/segment level market development and business acquisition.
Facilitate and implement ideas for process improvements and cost optimisation across the downstream value chain.
2.
Influencer and Customer Engagement
Regular stake holder visits for Readybuild, Sm@rtFAB and Coupler conversion.
Regular visits and presentations to consultants and various government bodies for inclusion in SORs, NITs, specifications, and BOQs.
Interface with the Solution Partner operation & design team to provide customised solutions to the customer.
Regular interaction with customer design teams for incorporating downstream solutions in their projects.
Regular interaction with downstream construction service centres for effectively servicing customer requirements.
3.
Long-Term Planning
Enabling proof of concepts along with Downstream construction solution partners at customer sites.
Seeding activities for new Downstream solutions at various stake holder level starting from the concept level
4.
Operation Management
Working in close coordination with the SPCs and downstream construction solution partners for supplies of Readybuild, Sm@rtFAB, couplers, etc. and ensuring right commercial quality and various statutory and non-statutory compliances.
Timely raising the invoices of both raw materials and finished goods with SPA and the downstream construction service centres.

People Development
Developing the organisation structure for the Solution partners in terms of capability and capacity to do value selling

Digital Initiatives
Embrace and enable digitalization, while designing various offerings and solutions to drive efficiency, scalability and uniqueness.
This may require deep engagement with various civil engineering software developers like STAADPRO, AutoCAD, CUBE+, BIM modelling, and managers.
Customers: Private and public contractors; Large and small-sized project customers
Influencers: Architects, Engineers, Masons, Govt Bodies
2. Knowledge, skills and experience
Educational qualifications
Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Structural)
Full-time or Part-time MBA in Marketing & Sales will be preferred
Relevant experience
Min. 3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing & Sales
