Job Description

New Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital space, including digital marketing, eCommerce solutions and other digital services.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and sectors.

Lead outreach efforts to new prospects through cold calling, networking, events, and digital marketing.

Qualify leads, conduct initial consultations, and present digital solutions that meet client needs

Digital Strategy and Solution Sales

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, designers) to create tailored digital solutions for clients.

Understand clients' business challenges and propose innovative digital strategies (e.g., digital marketing, social media, SEO, paid media, website development).

Develop and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value of digital solutions.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Account Management and Relationship Building

Build long-lasting relationships with clients and partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction with digital solutions provided.

Work closely with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, enhancing customer lifetime value.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded, providing regular updates and maintaining high levels of communication.

Market Research and Industry Knowledge

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and emerging digital trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
