Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop integrated campaigns with national and regional tourist boards, airports, brands and local agency partners, build trusted relationships.
• Understand partnersxe2x80x99 business objectives, match them with the range of services and products offered by Trip.com Group brands and industry digital ecosystem to maximize business opportunities; advise on media placements, new product development and marketing strategy.

• Coordinate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful project delivery. Include Trip.com and other brands from Trip.com Group.

• Forecast accurately and report timely insights about the industry and the project to ensure maximum ROI from investment and future contract renewal.

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Marketing, Tourism or Economy).
• 5 years' experience as a marketing manager of tourism destination, lifestyle, leisure, retail, consumer goods.

• Manage yearly marketing budget of at least 50 million AED.

• Experience in tourism industry is preferred

• Fluent English- oral & written skills, simple daily communication in Chinese.

• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.

• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to details and problem-solving skills.

• Most importantly, be highly motivated, responsible, organized, dedicated, team player with high interpersonal skills and eager to promote and learn about Trip.com.
