We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our business growth in the Interiors sector within the UAE and the wider GCC region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing client relationships, and securing design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead Generation and Sales Opportunities: •
Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's business growth plans and sales targets.
Manage communication with clients, ensuring all inquiries and requests are promptly attended to.
•Market Penetration: •
Establish market penetration in Interiors within the UAE and the wider GCC region.
Generate opportunities through contacts, networking, and associations.
Requirements:
•Experience: •
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in interior design in commercial, residential, retail and hospitality sectors.
Proven experience in networking within the Retail, hospitality, residential , commercial and interior design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE regions.
•Skills: •
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
