:Our client, a prominent courier company with a dynamic presence in Dubai, is seeking two (2) seasoned Business Development Managers. The ideal candidates will have substantial experience in international business development within the courier industry. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce and promote the company's services to a diverse clientele, including both individual customers and corporate clients, with the aim of continuously expanding the sales pipeline.
Introduce and promote the companys courier services to new and existing clients.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Consistently achieve monthly sales goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Represent the company in any networking events.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with the internal team to enhance service offerings and client experience.
RequirementsFor you to be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Should be a degree holder
Should have at least 5 years of work experience in the courier business
Should possess strong knowledge and expertise in the courier and air cargo industry
have the capability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets
Have a valid UAE driving license and owns a car (gasoline/salik and other transportation expenses will be done on reimbursement basis).
Currently residing in the UAE or dealing with UAE based clients (for candidates based outside UAE, no relocation will be provided)
Proven track record in international business development within the courier sector.
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategic thinking and effective negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
