Job Description

Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in corporate gifting and supplies.Identify and establish relationships with potential corporate clients, including SMEs, large enterprises, and MNCs.Understand client needs and present tailored gifting solutions to meet their requirements.Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs for management review.Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to expand the business network.Required Skills:Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.4-5 years of proven sales experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or a related industry in the UAE market.Strong understanding of the corporate gifting industry, including product trends and client expectations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
