The Role
As a Business Development Manager at Kimih, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. Your main focus will be on acquiring new businesses and building valuable partnerships in the beauty and wellness sector Get 100 AED per business you bring to the website fully signed up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be comfortable with commission only (pay is per business you bring in you get 100 AED)
• Business Acquisition: Identify and engage with beauty and wellness service providers, including salons, spas, and other relevant businesses, to join ?????.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners through cold calling, networking, and attending industry-related events.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with business partners and act as their key point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction with the platform.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for business outreach, onboarding, and driving transactions through the platform.
• Pitching & Presentations: Effectively communicate the value proposition of ????? to potential business partners and negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure ????? remains competitive in the market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and product teams to relay feedback from partners and improve the overall user experience on the platform.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly business acquisition and transaction goals to drive platform growth.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in a beauty, or wellness-related industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment, with the ability to achieve and exceed goals.
• Understanding of the beauty and wellness market in the UAE is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English, Arabic (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and possess a valid work permit or residency visa. Candidates who require visa sponsorship will not be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 50 per week
