An exciting opportunity has come up for a large Children\'s Activity Facility in Dubai. Our client is looking for an Business Development Manager who will have the following responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand market reach within targeted sectors including learning institutions, kids\' museums, amusement centers, hotels, and among families of royalties.
Utilize existing contacts and actively build new relationships with decision-makers to promote awareness of the company and its services.
Manage and grow an active client database, ensuring regular engagement and follow-up to maximize opportunities for events and catering services.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to create tailored proposals and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.Requirements: To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:Minimum 3 years of experience in in sales in the kid\'s soft play area/ entertainment/ amusement in the UAE.
Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Established network of contacts in learning institutions, kids\' museums, amusement centers, hotels, and among families of royalties.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
