Our client is a leading global Chemical Logistics Solutions provider. They seek a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and improving customer retention to position the company as a market leader in Oman. The successful candidate will possess above-average analytical skills and solid experience utilising analytical tools. Key Responsibilities Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand business reach. Develop strategic partnerships and build strong relationships with potential clients. Implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share in Oman. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Plan and oversee marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored solutions. Monitor client feedback and adjust strategies to improve retention rates. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Provide data-driven insights to refine marketing and sales approaches. Drive lead generation efforts and oversee sales execution. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies. Adjust business strategies based on market insights and performance analysis. Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams. Align marketing and business strategies with company objectives. Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and company group functions. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Strong knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry in Oman. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for B2B services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify business opportunities and implement growth strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and sales automation. High level of initiative, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
