Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify client segments and track industry trends.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase Century's services.
• Build lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups to close deals.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within Century's service portfolio.
• Represent Century at industry events to boost brand visibility.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
• 2-5 years in sales or business development, ideally in financial or corporate services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Well-connected within corporate or financial sectors.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and effective at time management.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
