Business Development Manager Biosciences Middle-EastThermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As the Business Development Manager Biosciences Middle-East, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and implementing the Biosciences EMEA strategy within the Middle-East region. This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-class organization and collaborate with the Commercial Leadership in the Emerging Markets Region.Location of the role:
Saudi Arabia (preferably) or UAE.
Responsibilities:
Implement and deploy the Biosciences EMEA strategy within the Middle-East region
Drive focused activities and initiatives to support Biosciences specialists
Collaborate with Biosciences EMEA Marketing, Sales Operations, and Training to ensure territories\' needs are met
Foster teamwork and cross-functional/divisional practices to support Biosciences specialists, channel partners, and end-users
Engage resources across the organization to support growth in key markets
Mentor, coach, and drive engagement with the Biosciences specialists internally and externally
Implement and track important performance metrics for the Biosciences division in the Middle-East region
Act as a key member of both the Emerging Markets Leadership team and EMEA Biosciences Leadership team
Ensure alignment with Biosciences EMEA operating mechanism, such as CRM system and prospecting
Drive awareness and uptake of Biosciences new products within the region
Interactions and Approach:
Display strong cultural awareness and build successful relationships
Demonstrate capability to manage financial targets and analyze complex data
Monitor sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends
Exhibit strong influencing skills and ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
Work across multiple geographies and network cross-divisionally to leverage scale
Skills/Capabilities:
Strong ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with individuals from diverse cultures and departments.
Strong presence and credibility with customers, channel partners, and industry leaders

Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills
Experience Required:
Bachelor\'s degree (BSc) or equivalent experience in Life Science
3 - 5 years of experience in a Commercial organization
Excellent knowledge of the Thermo Fisher Scientific Biosciences portfolio and workflows
Fluent English with a preference for additional working proficiency in Arabic and French
