Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and secure new clients and projects in the construction industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders in the market.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities, including tenders, partnerships, and collaborations, to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts and projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Represent Al Ikhaa Contracting LLC at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company's capabilities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team.
• Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in the UAE construction industry .
• Strong network of contacts within the construction and real estate sectors in the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
