  • Revenue Goals: Achieving a set amount of revenue from new business or client accounts, often based on monthly,quarterly or annual performance.
  • New Client Acquisition: Securing a specific number of new clients or partnerships within a given timeframe.
  • Sales Pipeline: Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline with a minimum number of high-potential leads.
  • Conversion Rate: Converting a percentage of leads into signed contracts or sales.
  • Market Penetration: Expanding into new markets or sectors by achieving set targets in those regions.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to meet organizational objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services industry.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to inform future strategies.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and manage the performance of the business development executives.
  • Provide coaching and professional development to the team.
  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on expanding IT service offerings.
  • Align strategies with the marketing and operations teams.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the company\'s client base.
  • Manage the proposal development process and ensure timely delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, key performance metrics, and revenue targets.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with company goals.
Ideal ProfileRequirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the IT services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software[Hubspot] and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functional teams.
  • UAE IT Service Sales experience is an added advantage.
  • UAE Driving Licence holders preferred
  • Cold calling/Cold email expertise is preferred
  • Having experience in lead nurturing is a valuable advantage.
