We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of closing major deals in the construction and infrastructure sectors and must possess strong industry relationships with key clients in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in building and infrastructure projects.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop winning strategies.
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the UAE construction industry (building or infrastructure).
Proven track record of successfully closing major deals in the industry.
Strong network of connections with key industry clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
