The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in business development.Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients and market segments.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new business.
Create and present proposals and business plans to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings and market reach.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and promotional materials.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.
Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders and organizations.
Leverage industry connections to drive business growth.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Overlanding products or 4x4 cars experience, and Fabrication or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the automotive sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
