:A leading company in the automotive services industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in business development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new business.
  • Create and present proposals and business plans to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings and market reach.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and promotional materials.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders and organizations.
  • Leverage industry connections to drive business growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Overlanding products or 4x4 cars experience, and Fabrication or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
