A leading car auction company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of both existing and new business ventures. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the UAE market, specifically in the auction or automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Research competitors and markets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans for potential partnerships and development initiatives.
• Lead negotiations and finalize deals to secure new business opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback and market data to suggest new services or improvements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, proposing proactive strategies to stay ahead.
• Explore new markets and segments to increase the company's market share.
• Conduct in-depth market research to support the development of new services, products, and strategies.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on the UAE market.
• Proven track record in the auction or automobile industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Strong market research and analytical skills.
