Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Studio Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring the operational excellence of our studio rental services. This individual will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, expanding our market presence, and overseeing the day-to-day management of our studio facilities and staffs.

Key Responsibilities:

-Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote studio rentals.

- Build strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and partners.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.

- Studio Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring a high standard of service and facility maintenance.

- Coordinate studio bookings, manage schedules, and ensure optimal utilization of space.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting related to studio operations.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of studio staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Organize training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the studio.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or studio management, preferably in the creative or entertainment industries.

- Strong understanding of the studio rental market and client needs.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in content creation and social media skills.
