Business Development Manager

You are an exceptional communicator, great sales professional, and team player with a minimum software sales experience of 3 years in UAE. You take pride in getting things done well, yet continue to look for ways to do them even better. You are persistent and don't take •No• for an answer. You approach tasks with a positive attitude, always ready to get involved.

Responsibilities

You will identify new prospects, predominantly over the phone, via email, on field and other communication tools

You will serve as the first line of contact for new business leads

You will build relationships with new prospects

You will participate in product demonstrations for qualified leads

You will deliver a Wow customer experience, always

You will identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to the leadership team

You will maintain and develop a deep understanding of our products, solutions, and opportunities

You are well versed with Sales Force automation and marketing Solutions

Qualifications

Graduate with 3-5 years of B2B Enterprise Software sales preferably ERP/CRM sales within GCC region.

UAE experience is MUST

Experience with CRM and prospecting tools is preferred

Experience selling to business/enterprise customers is must

Should possess good communication and presentation skills

Possess confidence during customer discussions and good written skills

Exemplify proactive and self-starter attitude

Show strong interest in technology and sales

Valid UAE driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Nahda: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
