Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate property transactions by matching buyers with sellers and tenants with landlords.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and site visits to present properties to potential clients.
• Perform market analyses to determine competitive pricing for properties.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial consultation to closing.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and contractors.
• Stay updated on local and national real estate market trends and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Must have 6 months to 1 year of sales experience.
• Must have been residing in the UAE for 3-4 years.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
