We are seeking for a dynamic and strategic Real Estate Business Development Manager, age 32-42, with minimum 5 years of experience to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities , developing growth strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners. You will leverage your strong understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to drive revenue growth and meet business targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the real estate industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate business growth and expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market presence.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Create marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Negotiate and close real estate deals to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of real estate professionals to drive performance and productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and enhance reputation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or any related field.
• Proven track record of successful business development in the real estate industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of market trends, real estate regulations, and financial principles related to the industry.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
