Job description : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company\'s products or services.
AI driven Management of Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Intagram, Linkedin and Google Ads.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5 years at least proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in service industry ( Audit firm or consultancy).
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
