This role entails the responsibility of securing ELV installation projects, covering CCTV Surveillance, Biometrics & RFID Physical Access Control systems, Home Automation, Gate Barriers, and other related IT Security Services across defined verticals. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in developing and strengthening relationships with high-value clientele. This position is a techno-commercial role that requires expertise in cultivating new customer opportunities.Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:
We seek an individual with over 4-6 years of experience in sales and well-established relationships in the UAE, specifically in the mentioned products and solutions.
Specialize in expanding customer verticals within commercial Surveillance, Biometric & RFID Access Control, Home Automation, Gate Barriers, and IT Security/Software Products and Services.
Lead the sales cycle, manage company relationships, conduct building surveys, and design systems with innovation and adaptability.
Achieve growth and meet both sales and GP targets.
Establish contact with potential customers, fostering relationship development.
Conduct meetings with clients to introduce our company and its services, followed by introductory emails.
Conduct product demonstrations, PowerPoint presentations, and generate inquiries through proposal and quotation preparation, contributing to tender submissions.
Identify the need for new security technology solutions; design, review, and collaborate on the deployment of new technologies/solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response, professionalism, and efficiency.
Report on sales actions, achievements, project status, and forecasts, influencing sales targets and strategy.
Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasts, and routine reports as requested.
Maintain positive relations with customers.
