Urgently Required Business Development Manager

(with Minimum 2-5 years Experience in UAE )

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 8,000 per month + Incentives Benefits: Visa, Insurance, Accommodation, Transportation, Air Ticket Languages Required: English, Arabic & Hindi Driving License: UAE Driving License Required Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies to attract new clients for our catering, sweets, pastries, and cakes offerings. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets. Oversee the daily operations of the catering and confectionery division to ensure high quality and timely delivery of products and services. Collaborate with the product development team to innovate and introduce new items to the menu. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the catering or food industry. Strong understanding of the catering, sweets, pastries, and cakes market.
