Mattermind Decor & General Maintenance LLC is a leading company in the UAE, specializing in interior fit-outs and general maintenance services. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong marketing background, a deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry in the UAE, and a proven track record in acquiring leads, closing deals, negotiating contracts, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through various lead generation methods, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.

2. Account Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and maximize repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries and concerns, and act as a trusted advisor to offer suitable fit-out and maintenance solutions.

3. Sales and Negotiation: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand client needs, preferences, and budgets. Prepare persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Lead negotiations to secure profitable deals and favorable terms.

4. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong knowledge of interior fit-out standards, particularly for office and restaurant spaces. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet clients' requirements and comply with industry regulations.

5. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for business growth. Share insights and recommendations with the management team to support strategic decision-making.

6. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal teams, including designers, estimators, project managers, and maintenance technicians, to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to project execution. Provide necessary inputs and guidance throughout the project and maintenance lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree holder's preferred
- Minimum 1 Year experience in Sales in UAE
- Strong marketing skills with the ability to identify and convert leads into sales opportunities. Strong Verbal and written English and additional languages are always a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the UAE market and a network of industry contacts is highly desirable.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driver's license and immediate availability preferred.
