The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive strategic growth initiatives, and expand SOS Computer Technology LLC's market presence. The BDM will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing long-term business strategies, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities for expansion.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide training and support to the team.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
Negotiate and close large-scale deals and contracts.
Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Provide insights to the leadership team to guide decision-making.
Revenue Growth:
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue targets.
Develop pricing strategies and proposals for complex IT solutions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, revenue performance, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the IT industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid UAE Driving license & Car.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of AV & IT products, services, and solutions.
Experience in managing large accounts and strategic partnerships.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
