Job Overview:
Stimulus Research Services Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing technology and digital solutions provider, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development professionals to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and business growth, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the IT and digital services landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close sales for services including website development, mobile applications, CRM solutions, ERP systems, and digital marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base in the UAE market.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the company's services to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and project delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, market trends, and performance metrics to the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Manager: 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT solutions, technology services, or digital marketing domains.
• Executive: 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales in similar industries.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of IT services, including web development, mobile applications, and CRM/ERP solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and local business culture is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in digital marketing sales, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
• Established network of clients and industry contacts in Abu Dhabi or the broader UAE region.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
