Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Business Development Marketing Executive to join our team. This role combines marketing and business development skills to drive growth, enhance the company's market position, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and executing marketing strategies that support the company's expansion goals. The Business Development Marketing Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement initiatives that attract and retain clients.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop a pipeline of prospects and set up meetings to discuss potential partnerships or sales opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis to uncover market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential and existing clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Engage in regular communication with prospects to ensure their needs are met and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Sales Support:
• Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, including creating sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies, sales targets, and campaigns designed to close deals and increase revenue.
• Track and report on business development and sales performance metrics.
• Market Expansion:
• Identify and assess new market segments and geographic areas for business expansion.
• Develop strategies to enter new markets and increase market share in existing markets.
• Evaluate business opportunities in terms of ROI, market potential, and compatibility with company capabilities.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Marketing Campaign Development:
• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business development objectives.
• Create compelling content for digital channels, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing efforts.
• Brand Awareness:
• Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness in target markets.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns, to engage new clients and nurture existing ones.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and proposals to support business development efforts.
• Event Planning & Networking:
• Plan and participate in industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking activities to connect with potential clients and partners.
• Organize company presentations, product demos, or workshops to showcase company expertise and attract leads.
• Client Acquisition & Retention:
• Create strategies to convert leads into customers and build long-term relationships.
• Develop loyalty programs, referral programs, and customer engagement strategies to retain clients and foster repeat business.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to improve services and identify opportunities for upselling.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct regular market analysis to assess the effectiveness of business development and marketing strategies.
• Identify key market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
• Provide insights into campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Prepare regular reports on business development and marketing performance, highlighting key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Evaluate the ROI of marketing and business development efforts, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Forecasting & Planning:
• Support in the creation of sales and marketing forecasts based on market conditions and business development strategies.
• Assist in setting short-term and long-term business goals and tracking progress toward achieving them.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably within hospitality
• Marketing Expertise: Solid knowledge of digital marketing, brand development, content marketing, and social media.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business development processes, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Sales Support: Experience creating proposals, presentations, and sales materials to support business development activities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and present ideas effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, measure performance, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• CRM Tools: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, manage customer relationships, and monitor sales activities.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
