Job Posting: Experienced Sales Representative in the Tire Industry

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 7,000 - 10,000 Base + Commission + Company Vehicle + Health Insurance + Company Phone

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of tire products and their applications.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
• Customer Interaction: Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Product Promotion: Highlight product features and benefits to effectively address customer pain points.
• Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, and close deals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different sectors to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and update contact lists, follow up with customers, and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the tire industry or construction industry in the UAE market.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve sales targets.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of tire products and their benefits.
• Immediate Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
