Key Responsibilities:
Company Growth and Diversification: Develop and implement strategies to drive company growth and diversify into new markets and sectors.
Identify New Opportunities: Proactively research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance the company's market position and drive revenue growth.
Product and Service Expansion: Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for product and service expansion to meet market demands.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and deliver optimal results.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress towards targets, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in similar roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry, ADWEA, ENEC, or other industries in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in a variety of software packages and IT skills.
Language Skills: Strong command of English, both spoken and written; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
Abilities:

o Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
