Job Description

Responsible for developing and implementing the value proposition strategy for the Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) and Hydrogen (H2) business lines within ADNOC Distribution. Conducting market research, identifying customer needs, developing value propositions, designing business models, and supporting the execution of the EVCI and H2 projects. Key Accountabilities Value Proposition Strategy Development Develop and implement the value proposition strategy for the EVCI and H2 business lines, aligned with the ADNOC Distribution vision, mission, and objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer segments, needs, preferences, and pain points for the EVCI and H2 offerings. Develop value propositions that address customer needs and differentiate ADNOC Distribution from competitors in the EVCI and H2 markets. Business Model Design Design and validate business models that capture the value proposition and generate revenue and profitability for the EVCI and H2 business lines. Execution and Collaboration Support the execution of the EVCI and H2 projects by providing inputs and feedback on the technical, operational, and commercial aspects. Coordinate and collaborate with the EVCI and H2 teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of the value proposition strategy. Monitoring and Improvement Monitor and evaluate the performance and customer satisfaction of the EVCI and H2 offerings and recommend improvements and enhancements. Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the EVCI and H2 markets and incorporate them into the value proposition strategy. Identify and pursue new opportunities and partnerships that can enhance the value proposition and market position of the EVCI and H2 business lines. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business cases to senior management and external stakeholders on the value proposition and business model of the EVCI and H2 offerings. Minimum Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business or relevant disciplines At least 8 years of experience in business development, value proposition, or marketing roles, preferably in the EVCI and H2 sectors or related industries. Strong knowledge and understanding of the EVCI and H2 markets, customer segments, and value drivers. Proven ability to develop and implement value proposition strategies and business models that deliver customer value and business results. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. Highly analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis, and use data and insights to support decision making.
