What you will do The Business Development Lead - CaaS (Outcome-based Solutions) is a key role reporting directly to the Business Development Manager - CaaS and will be based in Dubai. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible to acquire new opportunities via managing existing and newly generated key accounts and build strong relationship with high level representatives of major clients. How you will do it As a Business Development Lead, you will use your energy driven B2B Service sales approach, generate sales enquiries, manage the key accounts, develop tailored solutions, build relationship with Developers, Facility management companies and end users by representing the company at top level and follow up on new business opportunities. You will be responsible to engage early with clients and manage communications and solution expectations. You will be closely working with the Energy Engineering team, Service Sales team, Legal and Finance to ensure conversion of the sales enquiries into business. Youll be reasonably technically adept supporting our customers with technical enquiries and visit end users, service customers to do presentations to secure business to grow our market share. You will be responsible for clearly articulating and communicating JCI offerings to the customers, provide feedback to the business. You will strategize sales approach and define stakeholder mapping to improve JCI Service competitiveness in the market. You will be managing customer journey from introduction stage till execution and lead the technical due diligence process through liaising internally and externally to conclude offering development. Youre naturally perseverant, tenacious and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills. What we look for Required
Bachelors degree in the field of Mechanical / Electrical / Controls engineering or similar field.
8 Years minimum in Solution Development & Solution Selling experience within the GCC market.
Proficiency in generating new business using existing and potential customer networks.
Min. 5 Years experience in the field of HVAC
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Equivalent is a plus.
Experience in contracts review (technical aspects) is a plus.
High level understanding of Energy and Financial modeling is a plus.
Excellent customer service & relationship skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer oriented and identify business development opportunities.
Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and professional manner.
