Agile Consultants, a leading recruitment and staffing agency in the UAE, is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a valuable opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in business development within the recruitment field.Job Responsibilities:

Support the Business Development team in identifying and generating new client leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
Update and maintain client databases, ensuring accuracy in all contact information and communication details.
Clearly communicate Agile Consultants\' value proposition, understand client needs, and present tailored recruitment solutions.
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities through telesales efforts.
Manage follow-up communications with prospective clients to build relationships and convert leads.
Prepare and submit detailed client interaction reports for management review.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Must be a recent graduate on a parent\'s sponsorship visa.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident, professional phone and email etiquette.
Excellent research skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
