This role requires hands-on engagement, with a focus on cold calling, warm client follow-ups, and comprehensive sales support. Your main goal will be to drive applications for SME loans, address client questions, and effectively resolve any objections. We are looking for a driven, results-oriented sales leader who is proactive and client-focused.Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold outreach to potential clients and follow up with warm leads to promote our SME credit solutions (and other upcoming solutions)
Engage with clients to present loan options, respond to inquiries, and address objections with professionalism and empathy.
Develop and keen understanding of existing solutions in the market, while utilising the same for differentiation amongst competitors and for formulating a feedback loop to our product and business teams
Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the loan application journey.
Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system.
Track and analyze key sales funnels and metrics, prepare regular performance reports.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and support ongoing improvements in the sales process.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
0-1 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within financial products or SME credit.
Demonstrated success in a sales role with direct client interaction, including cold and warm calling.
Strong communication (proficiency in both English & Arabic is preferred), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and results-driven with a client-centered approach.
