Responsibilities:Market Understanding

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging trends and developments within the luxury sector.
Lead Generation and Client Onboarding
  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential high-end clients and leads within the luxury market, especially luxury watch market.
  • Client Acquisition: Strategically onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional client experience.
Relationship Building
  • Networking: Establish and maintain connections with luxury brand consultants, connoisseurs, and other influential figures in the luxury sector.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with members of luxury watch clubs, high-end jewelry enthusiasts, and art collectors.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele in the watch, jewelry, and art sectors.
Event Participation and Networking
  • Event Attendance: Stay updated with Web3 and luxury events in Dubai and actively participate in relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Networking: Network with key stakeholders and potential clients at these events to generate leads and strengthen the companys presence in the luxury market.
Brand Promotion and Advocacy
  • Professional Representation: Represent the company and its luxury offerings in a professional and polished manner.

Client Relationship Management
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing personalized solutions.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Activity Tracking: Track and report on lead generation activities, client
