We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and providing end-to-end recruitment services for client companies. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels. Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face and online meetings with clients to understand their recruitment needs. 360-Degree Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process including job description creation, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations and other terms of employment with clients and candidates. Client Coordination: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities and recruitment progress. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in business development and recruitment, preferably in a 360-degree recruitment role. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Other: Ability to travel for client meetings as required.
