Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the CFD trading industry. Utilize personal network and existing book of clients to generate leads and opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed minimum performance targets of $50,000 per month in net deposit. Develop and implement strategies to increase trading activity and revenue generation from clients.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the CFD trading industry. Use insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance market positioning.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network and cultivate new business relationships. Represent the company professionally and effectively communicate its value proposition.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
Existing Book of Clients: Must have a proven track record of maintaining and expanding a personal book of clients within the CFD trading industry. Leads will not be provided; candidates must rely on their own network and contacts.
Minimum Performance: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets, with a minimum performance benchmark of $50,000 per month in net deposit.
Retail Clients and IBs: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in working with retail clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs). Ability to effectively transition retail clients and IBs to the company\'s platform will be advantageous.
Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company\'s products and services. Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the CFD trading industry, including market dynamics, products, and regulations. Ability to conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for business growth.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and proactively pursue business development opportunities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changes in market conditions and business priorities.
Probationary Period:
During the initial three-month probationary period, the basic salary will be based on achieving agreed-upon performance targets. After the probationary period, the basic salary will be fixed.Note: This position does not provide leads; candidates must have their own book of clients and be able to generate leads independently.
