Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive for outdoor sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar field , a valid UAE driving license , and proficiency in English and Hindi . In this role, you will identify sales opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and meet sales targets through direct client interaction.
Location: Dubai, Al Qusais

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor sales activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and company revenue goals.
• Regularly visit clients and potential leads across assigned locations within the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present company products or services and effectively communicate value propositions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Provide market insights and feedback to the management team for strategic planning.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, lead management, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in outdoor sales or business development, ideally in a similar industry.
• Valid UAE driving license .
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi .
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and a strong commitment to customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
