Position: Business Development Executive with FarsiLocation: remote, DubaiEmployment type: Service Agreement / B2BRemuneration: Base salary + commissions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and live chat to convert inquiries into business opportunities
Promote and sell our products and services by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions
Assist clients with account setup, ensuring all necessary documentation (KYC) is completed efficiently
Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing ongoing support and reinforcing our brand identity
Track client activities and market conditions, offering insights and assistance as needed
Resolve client queries related to accounts, funding, and withdrawals
Identify and act on new business opportunities by understanding client needs
Keep the CRM database updated with all client interactions and follow up with inactive clients to drive engagement
Report issues to management and work with the team to find effective solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in Farsi both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Previous experience in a same / similar role within the FX / iGaming / financial sector / FinTech
Already pre-settled in Dubai with ability to work under Services Agreement
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
Team Player with a strong work ethic
Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadlines
The ability to travel, as per business needs
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, office hours.
