Contract Management: Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth and gain market share for the company.
Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company\'s customer base.
Sales Materials Development: Develop sales pitches and materials using self-conducted market analysis.
Collaboration: Cooperate with travel partners and internal stakeholders.
Goal Setting: Set sales goals and quotas, build a sales plan.
Issue Management: Manage escalations, quality, and service issues.
Market Research: Identify trendsetter ideas by researching related events, publications, and announcements.
Partner Engagement: Contact potential partners to discover and explore opportunities.
Risk and Strategy Management: Negotiate strategies, examining risks and potentials.
Team Liaison: Work with the team for continuous knowledge sharing and to identify potential opportunities.
Portfolio Management: Maintain and strengthen a large portfolio of clients.
Customer Satisfaction: Assess, meet, and exceed customer expectations.
Client Interaction: Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent, long-term relationships with them.
Communication: Ensure regular, clear, and two-way communication between the client and team.

Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with managers of travel and tours on supplier management (TMC, car rental, hotel, airlines, ground transportation, technology vendors).
Tradeshow Participation: Participate in and organize travel tradeshows.
Travel Updates: Provide travel updates for corporates and maintain communication flow with key stakeholders.
Process Implementation: Cooperate with the travel team on the implementation of new processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in corporate sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
