: Business Development ExecutivePosition Title: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our educational institution in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, driving the growth of our K-12 education services, managing marketing efforts, and coordinating with sales representatives for outbound calls.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the institution\xe2\x80\x99s presence in the K-12 market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
  • Generate leads through on-the-ground sales activities and follow up on potential partnerships.
  • Convert leads into customers by building strong relationships and presenting compelling offers.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements and tie-ups with educational institutions and companies.
  • Manage all marketing efforts, including creating and implementing effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Manage and operate booths at various educational events to attract potential customers and increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives for outbound calls and lead generation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets and KPIs.
