This position will focus exclusively on expanding the agent network and increasing the sales revenue of the Agents Programme. :
Build relationships with current agents to foster further development and growth, and to establish a new agent network.
Explore innovative methods to expand the agent network and develop effective strategies, including agent presentations, on-ground and virtual training, support materials, competitive analysis, and bonus and incentive structures.
Maintain regular communication and provide ongoing feedback to agents.
Identify issues and areas for improvement to enhance the overall performance of the Agents Programme.
Ensure you remain top-of-mind with assigned clients.
Maintain reports provided by the Business Development Manager and offer feedback as required.
Desired Skill & Expertise
Languages required: Arabic/French/Hindi/Russian & English
A minimum of 1 year of business development experience is essential.
Highly self-motivated, career-oriented team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to work.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
