The ideal candidate will have 4xe2x80x935 years of experience in staffing and recruitment business development, a strong understanding of the UAE market, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Develop customized staffing solutions to meet client requirements and exceed their expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates and timely staffing services.
- Negotiate and close business deals while adhering to company policies and profitability goals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on labor laws and market trends in the UAE to provide expert advice to clients.
