We are on the lookout for multiple dynamic and driven Business Development Executives to join our team! These roles are pivotal to driving our New York Based Software Development firm's Software Development Service business growth and expanding our presence in American, Canadian and Western markets.
Key Requirements :
• Proficiency in English and American culture awareness.
• Experience : 3 to 5 years in business development, preferably in the Software Service .
• Exceptional negotiation and communication.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and business leads.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and targets.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Make and close sales , make target plans for the team.
• Hire new sales team members to create a strong team.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients through strategic networking and market research.
• Develop and establish relationships with new customers via cold calls, emails, phone calls, video calls, etc.
• Expanding Software product distribution and software services within the allocated region
• Negotiate and secure business agreements with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, offering customized legal solutions.
• Analyse industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to uncover new avenues for business expansion.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet and exceed organizational goals.
Qualification: Experience in Software product and Services Sales.
• Software Service background is highly preferred
• Candidates must be based in the UAE.
• Team player, who works independently and handles conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent, quality performance standards.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility to work and communicate with customers both on Video and via calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
