Stipend : Between AED 1,000 and AED 1500 + performance allowance

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong foundation in front-end and back-end software development. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who have completed internships in business development and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

2. Assist in creating business proposals and presentations.

3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation.

5. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.

Technical Expertise:

1. Collaborate with the software development team to understand product offerings and capabilities.

2. Leverage your front-end and back-end development knowledge to better understand client needs.

3. Assist in technical discussions with clients to ensure alignment with their requirements.

4. Provide feedback to the development team based on client insights.

5. Stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Internship experience in business development or a related role.

Strong understanding of front-end (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, SQL) technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Wix and WordPress platforms.

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling web content.

Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.

Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software.

Understanding of SaaS products or tech-driven businesses.

Interest in combining business development with technical expertise.
