Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our

Freight Forwarding

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the logistics and supply chain sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Land).

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

Negotiation & Pricing:

Prepare and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.

Coordination & Operations Support:

Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Networking & Brand Representation:

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand the company's presence in the logistics sector.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding/logistics industry. Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and drive sales growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
