Job Title: Business Development Executive (Marketing Executive)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (Marketing Executive) with a hospital background to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase patient volume and enhance the hospital's brand presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and patient needs.
• Organize and participate in community outreach programs, health fairs, and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
• Prepare and present reports on business development activities and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and fertility industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and achieve business goals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
