• Identify and target potential clients for IT solutions, including ERP, web development, app development, and custom software.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups to promote the company's services.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the IT solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of IT services, particularly ERP and software solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
