As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our customer base in UAE markets. Your role will involve building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion :
• Identify and target potential clients in markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and networking.
Sales and Relationship Management:
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
• Close sales deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients.
Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market demands.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years experience in Sales preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
